The Mission of Preventing Child Abuse with Dr. Pat Morgan
In today's Doctors Changing Medicine podcast episode, I interview Dr. Patricia Morgan.
Dr. Patricia Morgan (aka Dr. Pat, Dr. Pat Morgan) is a pediatrician, board certified in both general pediatrics and child abuse. From the age of 11 years old, Dr. Pat knew she wanted to be a pediatrician.
She did not know that her path would lead her to care for children where there were concerns for child abuse and neglect. For more than 23 years, she has shared the message of body safety during medical evaluations, and she hopes that her book, "The Doctor Says: Let's Talk About Body Safety," helps by reaching many more children and families.
