Elaine and her husband purchased a single-family house in Oklahoma, transformed the house from boarded up to occupied in 4 weeks, and now to a multi-million dollar real estate, Black Swan.
Elaine could have quit back when she attained financial independence since it was her initial goal. But now she is purpose-driven and mission-driven to keep investing and working with investors because that allows her to empower communities. She is a mother of 4 kids.
